For over 25 years our organization has been proudly operating
within the community of Lethbridge and the surrounding area.
Lethbridge, Alberta is home to over 80,000 people and is
continuing to grow rapidly, making the Lethbridge Food Bank an
important part of the community. Acknowledging the disparity in
the availability of resources among Canadians and recognizing
that while food banks will be needed for the foreseeable future,
they are a short-term response for those living with difficult
circumstances.
The LFB has increased from 5874
hampers in 2007 to 7658 hampers
in 2010 an increase of 23%.
Donations
We are open Monday to Friday 8-4
for food and cash donations.
